In these difficult times we feel as a staff collectively that Kris should remain at our store. In recent events we have not only lost our General Manager but now we are also losing our Assistant manager as well. At our store we have a family/team dynamic; We work like a well oiled machine and would do anything for Graham and Kris. However, we feel like our feet have been cut off from underneath us and the only way we can see moving forward in this situation is by stabilizing the team and not bringing in someone new. Therefore in order to keep the store functioning at its highest level we believe the best course of action is for Kris to stay.
