The feedback from our team confirms that losing Kris would severely disrupt our daily operations. I am currently organizing these concerns to ensure they are presented clearly to the regional management team.

Sportchek store 338 has felt like a family atmosphere as long as I have worked there. Losing G is already a tremendous loss, and keeping Kris is crucial for the well-being of the store and the team. Please keep Kris at store 338.
Please keep Kris at 338! He is the glue that's keeping us together in these times of uncertainty!
We have really come together as a team with our store manager absence. Kris has done a great job with the store and staff. He deserves to stay.
This store is running smoothly because Kris has taken on the responsibilities of Grahams job. He is doing an amazing job and taking our only manager left, in a time of such uncertainty for us, away from us is something I fear will do our store no good.
I have worked for this company for 5 years and these pas few weeks have been difficult. With our head manager gone and perhaps our assistant manager this could create real instability. Kris has been someone that we could all lean on in the past few weeks.
Please let Kris stay! He was becoming such a effective manager!

This store is already stressed enough with all the changes. Moving Kris now just makes zero sense, he is the only one who knows how we operate and keeps things from falling apart!
