I'd feel much more comfortable if you are still the manager, especially after learning about the issues with Ron. You have done a great job for the Norlane and it would be sad to see you go. You have always been responsive, professional, and friendly, and I imagine it would be very difficult to replace you and the efforts you've put forth. I hope it works out that you stay.
From what you have told me about Ron, I would feel better if you were to stay and continue to be the mgr. I hope you can stay.
Dear mike, In Chris Pierce's tenure as building manager he has displayed nothing but the utmost professionalism and respect for the Norlane and it's tenants. I have 100% confidence in Chris's ability to continue that level of service as building manager. With my signature I hope you will reconsider your decision and keep Chris as manager. From the moment Christopher showed me my apartment, his love of the building and its history was evident. He was responsive to every question and courteous in every way. He continues to be, and it is my hope that he's able to continue on as manager of the Norlane. I find it hard to imagine anyone else would care as much or be as loyal to the building and its tenants as he.
