To lose Executive Chef Tim Hamill, we not only lose the soul of our menu, but also the leadership, passion, and skill that formed the Reeds cadre; that has driven for perfection of our craft. By signing this petition it is our expressed intention to demonstrate that we will not follow suit with any parties who are extrinsically motivated and do not uphold the same values and vision.

Chef Tim has demonstrated his unsurpassed ability as an executive chef time and time again. He held the kitchen together during some of the largest and most chaotic rushes this season and always did so in a respectful and professional way. Chef Hamill's presence is absolutely essential to the success of the restaurant.

He is a great chef and an even better man. Fought for me when I didn't deserve it and then went above and beyond that. He was a mentor when I needed it, and a friend when I was down. Will always be the greatest leader and most knowledgeable chef I have ever worked under. Did everything he could to teach, motivate, and push me to be better. This a shame. He does not deserve this. He took it from shambles and created something beautiful. That place will not be the same.
I worked beside Chef Tim for Starr Restaurants in Atlantic City. He is a great chef, great person, and valuable asset to any restaurant.
At the heart of a good restaurant is its chef, leader, and team builder......only a few are up to the task to be all three and truly deserve the title of Executive Chef....and that person is Chef Tim Hamill.
