ATTN Parkview Residents:
Parkview Apartments is lacking in a number of areas that concern all of us, Mainly the looming homeless population in various parts of the apartment complex that lead the following instances:
- Stolen Packages
- Homeless using various laundry rooms as sleeping quarters
- Graffiti / excessive property damage
- Laundry theft
- Illegal drug use in various parts of the complex
If you agree that the circumstances listed above are unacceptable, please join us in signing this petition for increased security measures. We all collectively pay for the maintenance and upkeep of this property and it is absolutely unacceptable to allow this situation to progress the way it has. We all deserve to live in a community where we feel safe and do not have to worry about our health, well-being, or personal items being compromised.
