Subject: Urgent Action Required on Delivery Bike Congestion & Safety Concerns
Dear EMAAR Management,
We, the undersigned residents of C Tower in Downtown Dubai, are deeply concerned about the increasing number of delivery bikes parking in front of our building. This issue has created multiple problems affecting our community’s quality of life, safety, and property value.
Key Concerns:- Blocked Visitor Parking: Delivery bikes regularly occupy 5-9 visitor parking spots, making it difficult for guests and residents to find appropriate parking.
- Traffic Congestion: The presence of these bikes leads to congestion at the building’s entrance, affecting the smooth flow of traffic.
- Safety Risks: Delivery riders frequently ride on pavements and sidewalks, creating a hazardous environment for children and pets.
- Disruptive Behavior: Reports from residents indicate instances of riders smoking, littering cigarette butts, and engaging in inappropriate behavior such as staring at women.
- Negative Impact on Property Value: The overall scene negatively affects the desirability of our residences and could impact property values.
- Strict Enforcement of Designated Pickup Areas: Deliveroo and other delivery services should be required to use their designated pickup point in Burj Al Nojoom on Asayel Street.
- Better Monitoring & Regulation: Increased supervision by security personnel to prevent misuse of visitor parking spaces.
- Clear Signage & Barriers: Install signage directing delivery personnel to appropriate parking zones and physical barriers to prevent unauthorized parking.
- Law Enforcement Involvement: Work with Dubai Police and RTA to ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
We believe EMAAR, as a premier developer and community manager, should take swift and decisive action to resolve this issue. The well-being, safety, and satisfaction of residents should be a priority.
We, the undersigned, urge EMAAR to address this problem promptly and effectively.

EMAAR continues to ignore our complaints while the lobby entrance remains a dangerous mess of delivery bikes. They think if they stay quiet we will just stop pushing but they are dead wrong. We are documenting every single incident to force their hand.

Please REMOVE the Deliveroo bikes! They’re taking away the parking of the building’s visitors and residents and guests are suffering The bikers are also smoking and a hazard to children and pets and make women feel unsafe Very bad optics for EMAAR
Every time I want to cross the street with my newborn son in his stroller I feel very unsafe. It’s just way too many motorbikes driving everywhere. A lot of people are honking, this area now is just a big mess. This needs to change.
Delivery bikes always are blocking the road in two lines,no chance to access the parking

2303 -West Tower Burj Views There is no parking left for guests visiting as they have taken everything and not even paying for it.

Action shall be taken in order to move Delivero bikes in the front of the enterance of their respective shop. They keep taking few RTA parking spaces in the front of Burj Views. They drive reckless and do not pay attention to other cars and people and children walking around.
