We, the united community, family, and supporters across the nation, are standing together to demand Justice for Arthur Brian Ramsamy. We urgently call on the courts to deny bail for the accused:
Nicola Ramsamy, Brenden Sanichara, Ayabulela Mxoli, and Mzwakhe Mnguni.
This case has brought tremendous pain, fear, and heartbreak to the family and the community. Granting bail at this stage may pose risks such as:
Interference with the ongoing investigation
Possible intimidation of witnesses or vulnerable individuals
Increased emotional and psychological harm to the affected family
Undermining community confidence in the justice system

They dnt deserve bail for such a heinous crime. To kill your own father, it's a sin and they all need to pay.
No bail, for these disgraceful people killing their own parents for money, life is so cheap for these people, because of greed and money is there a need to kill your parents, I don't think so, after all the late Brian has done so much good for his family. He didn't deserve to die like this. This is unbelievable.
Sister in law of Brian. I don't want criminals to be allowed bail. Justice for Brian.
A woman that can murder her own father what else can she do to get what she wants. It's utter disgrace
my elder brother was brutally taken from us . We expect full justice be served to all responsible .
