Two Orders of Tenant Concerns For Management Consideration:
1: The residents of 4114 Cortland Biltmore continue to incur fees assessed by management for the cost of utilities for the common areas, both electric and gas even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Management should take into consideration that we all are experiencing financial hardships and we believe it would be fair and in good measure to call for the reimbursement of these paid fees and eliminate all future costs until they have reopened for use.
2: We petition management to take action to divert any further security breach by installing security cameras and display signage throughout the property.

I have finalized the formal letter requesting reimbursement of utility fees and the installation of security cameras. This document is now prepared for delivery to the property management office.

I agree, I have lost my job due to COVID-19 and think it's fair for management to help everyone in this community out a little bit. Alot of people are struggling and it's only fair to lessen our rent since these facilities are closed.
I agree.. Though times are difficult for everyone, if we cannot use the amenities or even use items from these areas, we should not be subject to having to pay them.
In addition to this why is the POOL not opened? Places with social distancing outdoors are open?!?! Why are we paying to heat the pool and spa if we cannot use them responsibly??
The right thing to do,
Both proposals are reasonable. Cameras are inexpensive and provide enhanced 24/7/365 security for all residents.

Cars have been broken into in the parking lot and a vehicle was also stolen. The security guard is clearly not doing much. I don’t think asking for security cameras to be placed at the parking lot gates (at the very least) is an extreme measure. Seems like a very basic provision that most gated apartment communities provide their residents, especially for the rent amount we pay here.
