In addition to this why is the POOL not opened? Places with social distancing outdoors are open?!?! Why are we paying to heat the pool and spa if we cannot use them responsibly??

Cars have been broken into in the parking lot and a vehicle was also stolen. The security guard is clearly not doing much. I don’t think asking for security cameras to be placed at the parking lot gates (at the very least) is an extreme measure. Seems like a very basic provision that most gated apartment communities provide their residents, especially for the rent amount we pay here.

23 people can ride the bus but I can’t go to a very small gym (Usually two people in there at the best.

yes there was. people should be locking their homes if accessible from the street and their cars also NOT keeping anything of value inside within view. Be safe community.

I agree, I have lost my job due to COVID-19 and think it's fair for management to help everyone in this community out a little bit. Alot of people are struggling and it's only fair to lessen our rent since these facilities are closed.

Though I agree w/ #1, #2 i feel can be resolved by security who sits outside at night. It would be more beneficial to have him walk each floor and by the pool area 3xs during his shift instead of taking the extreme measures you're proposing
