Packages opened, magazines wadded up and stuff stuck to pages, wrong mail, etc. They even ripped my grandsons BDAY card in half, stole the $20 and mailed it to him in LA in a Ziploc bag!

We have the worst postal service I have ever seen. They log packages as delivered date s before they are delivered and it creates ll kind of confusion. Not to mention mail always being delivered to wrong address

The past couple of years I have had misdirected mail, my own and others multiple times. I even had a $500 gift card mysteriously disappear after it was mistakenly opened by a neighbor a few streets over and taken back to the post office for re delivery.

Tired of: boxes crammed in my mailbox, making it very hard to get them out. One time leaving a box on top of my brick mail box, because it wouldnt fit inside. The mailbox door left open to show everyone that drives by what is inside. Mail carrier lying about trying to deliver certified mail. I have complained and nothing changes.

We are in desperate need of new leadership in Crosby. We need to restore integrity in the postal system for Crosby Texas.

I have horrible mail service when my regular mail carrier is off. One day the mail carrier sub pulled up in my driveway, walked to the top of my driveway and threw the packages toward the sidewalk at my entrance of my home. I watched her do it. Also tired of the sub putting my mail in my neighbor's mail box. It's none of their business who I bank with or my investment statements. Very upset with this sub.
