Packages opened, magazines wadded up and stuff stuck to pages, wrong mail, etc. They even ripped my grandsons BDAY card in half, stole the $20 and mailed it to him in LA in a Ziploc bag!

We have the worst postal service I have ever seen. They log packages as delivered date s before they are delivered and it creates ll kind of confusion. Not to mention mail always being delivered to wrong address

Not only does the PostMaster need replacing, but most of the workers within the facility do as well. The ONLY Mail Carrier that seems competant is Paige. The rest seem to only are about a paycheck from the government. Regular mail frequently gets "lost" when sent from the Crosby facility, packages never arrive or are mishandled, and there are times our mail isn't delivered (on NORMAL postal days...not federal holidays).
I took a return parcel to the facility a week ago. The person working was eating, indifferent, and seemed bothered that I asked for a receipt. This too is a frquent occurrence, the eating at the counter. I have visited this location at different hours of the day, and someone is eating, drinking, or chewing in front of customers. Also, they never seem to pull anyone to the counter when a long line develops. The line will be 6 to 10 people deep and noone comes to aid the single person working. I know Crosby is small, but it IS growing. We need DEPENDABLE, HONEST, and TIMELY mail service. The facility could also use a remodel and stamp machines.

Have had many issues with mail delivery over the years, employees can be extremely rude at times. Need new postmaster.

The past couple of years I have had misdirected mail, my own and others multiple times. I even had a $500 gift card mysteriously disappear after it was mistakenly opened by a neighbor a few streets over and taken back to the post office for re delivery.

Tired of:
boxes crammed in my mailbox, making it very hard to get them out. One time leaving a box on top of my brick mail box, because it wouldnt fit inside.
The mailbox door left open to show everyone that drives by what is inside.
Mail carrier lying about trying to deliver certified mail. I have complained and nothing changes.
