We the residents of The Village at Mill Pond, Olympia WA, petition our Homeowners Association and it's Declarant, Mill Pond LP, to conduct a 2020 annual meeting online, using the conferencing application Zoom at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 9. If this date is infeasible, we ask that you set an alternative date as close to that date as practical. We request that all HOA members as defined in the HOA bylaws be notified my email or USPS. An annual meeting is required by Article 5, Section 5.12 of the bylaws on the second Saturday in May.

Its 2020 people. Everyone knows how to use zoom by now. Just do the meeting so we can actually get some things settled for the neighborhood.
