This rezoning would create three times the existing homes on Rollingwood Drive. There is only one entrance and exist to this subdivision off Route 208. I oppose this rezoning. Keep the 2.5 home per acre zoning that is planned for previously.

The landcis zone for 2.5 Ac lots. That is fine we dont need all those homes and townhouses . It would be a total injustice for the county supervisors and zoning to approve building all these houses and dumping the traffic on a neighborhood that many of us have lived there for our intire life. My parents built my house in 53. I have lived there since 1966. 55 years and when i got the letter about this injustice last week is the first time i ever thought about selling and moving out of Spotsylvania!!

There is no way our road could handle the traffic We just do not need more cars and people up and down the road.

I do NOT support rezoning of Rolling wood drive and Harrison road project. Keep our county rural.

I adamantly oppose this rezoning. Rollingwood Dr is not wide enough to accommodate even the by right development but we obviously cannot stop by right. Maybe consider exiting to Harrison or Leavells for 911 purposes if it is considered at all. Our front yards are currently small as is so exiting from my front door to a widened road to accommodate un-needed growth would not be advantageous to us existing County LIFETIME residents.

Very intrusive plan invading an established neighborhood and wild life.

The volume of traffic on our street is already more than we want and we definitely do not want to add to it.

My son plays on this street along with other children. Adding a neighborhood will make the traffic flow way to high for them to play anymore.

We do not want a new development on our road. Get out of here with that. Literally. Go away. At least Ryan has a smidge of decorum and decency to build homes in standalone developments.
