This is an earnest plea to the HOA board requesting attention to this serious and urgent matter concerning the overflowing use of the Pearson Place (PP) amenities and facilities.

As you are aware, given our pool size, the City of Austin's stipulation has limited its capacity to not exceed 300 simultaneous users at any given time.

Presently, there are approximately 250 families form phases 1, 2, and 3 using the amenities comprising the swimming pool, tennis courts and the play area/ground for children.

Very soon, another 250 families and residents (hailing from phases 4, 5 and 6 will be staking their claim in the use of these already overfull resources.

Now, existing paying Pearson Place residents are concerned and worried if builders are planning to slap on yet another new bunch of 250 families (new Heritage Homes) on these already burdened amenities.

You will find this letter of appeal is attested and endorsed by the residents of Pearson Place - they have provided signatory powers by jointly signing this document to voice their rightful concern - in one voice.

We are confident the HOA board will empathize with us - your paying customers and existing residents. These new additions will unduly burden our amenities and resources significantly - to the extent that no one (existing and future resident alike) will be able to derive any pleasure or satisfaction from their bottlenecked use.

If we have incorrectly assumed, feel free to correct us. We request your insights in clarifying our concerns:

1. What is hte HOA's vision for the amenities for new Heritage Home residents?

2. Are there provisions for building new amentities elsewhere for thes residents so as not to overburdene existing resources?

3. Is there a plan to expand/extend the curerent Perason pool/amenity/play area.

Please advise, and thank you n advance for your attention!

Sincerely,

Anxious Pearson Place Resident/signatories below.
