We need immediate attention to and resolution of our rightful concerns from the Board and HOA body. This is a serious safety and compliance matter which cannot be ignored anymore. Please act now! ---Sameer R. Veer

The pool was not built to accommodate this amount of people. When this pool was designed and built, the land for Heritage Oaks had not been listed for sale. This is greediness on the developer of Pearson Place. They will gladly profit from the Heritage Oaks developer paying for the use rights to the Pearson Place pool and leave nothing for the Pearson homeowners. Trio development and Centuries Communities will leave our community once they have finished all the phases of Pearson and we, as the home owners, will have the burden to deal with their greed and lack of caring for the home owners with overcrowding at our pool, increased maintenance cost bc of overuse, and possibly having to pay for someone to crowd control. It is bad enough that when Gary Newman (Trio development) planned the amenities center that he thought the ridiculous, non useable room, max 15 person was a great idea. However, now he wants to continue to be cheap and make more money on a structure that was already built.

The amenities center at Pearson place is already overcrowded during evenings and weekends. Adding access to another entire community of Heritage Oaks would be a burden on all families. Please plan to create a separate amenity center for the upcoming community. Thanks.

I agree overuse of limited amenities.

I am sure no one will buy a home at heritage or newer phases of Pearson if they come to know that amenities are provided like fodder to cattle. This is a health risk to us and our dear ones. .

I am a very concerned resident of Pearson Place and have watched the crowds at the pool grow over the last 3 yrs.

We should have one more pool and tennis court to accommodate all houses in Our community.
