RE: James T Holt ADC# 175713 Hearing date: 06/23/2022
On September 24, 2018 Noah Hampton was at the Dollar General in Knoxville, AR. He was in a vehicle with James Holt. James Holt shot Noah multiple times in the back.
Holt was sentenced to 20 years in prison for manslaughter and felony with a firearm.
He entered Arkansas Department of Corrections on March 20, 2020. That is only 2 years of his 20-year sentence.
We, the undersigned, Strongly OPPOSE, parole for James Holt. Justice demands that he serve the full sentence given to him.

2 years is just insulting to the family. Keep him behind bars where he belongs.
