The petition is solely for residents of Parker's Run in Cheswold Delaware who are over 18 years of age and eligible to vote in town elections.
By signing this petition you are requesting that the Town Council of Cheswold vote to allow Parker's Run be un-annexed from the Town of Cheswold. You recognize that upon leaving Cheswold you will be subject to Kent County's direct jurisdiction.
