I declare that I am a resident of the Upper Darby School District, that I am over 18 years of age and that I am signing this electronic petition to appeal the June 14, 2011 decision of the Upper Darby School District Board Directors to reject the application of the Early Years Community Charter School to establish a charter school in the Upper Darby School District at 7200 Chestnut Street, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania with full knowledge of the purpose of this electronic petition. I knowlingly include my name, address and signature on the petition to appeal the Upper Darby School Director's rejection of the Application for a Charter School of the Early Years Community Charter School.
