This petition is for owners in the Newark Ranch subdivision.

Persuant to Section 3, Article III of Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Instrument No. D205328762 filed in the Official Public Records of Tarrant County, Texas, the undersigned owner’s and members of the Newark Ranch Homeowner’s Association (HOA) request that the Developer, Scott Schambacher, be removed from the HOA based upon the fact that he has sold all buildable lots in the subdivision to third parties and no longer has a financial interest in the subdivision and should no longer control the Architectural Committee or the Board of Directors of the HOA, and should relinquish such authority to the property owners/members of the HOA for governance in the future.
