I am a resident of the Ozora Lake subdivision. I will not pay any dues for 2018 until;
1. We are explained why HOA fees increased without notification.
2. We see all of our HOA spending reports from our HOA company WM Douglas.
3. Budget and expense reports from previous year and plans for the upcoming year.
4. Have an HOA meeting as soon as possible to discuss the above concerns.
If the above requests are not fulfilled I will stand with Ozora Lake residents and seek legal actions against WM Douglas.

I also live in Ozora Lake Sub Division and will like to know how our HOA dues are spent. In 2017 all sub divisions around us had at least a Christmas decoration for the division entrance. Ozora Lake didn't see anything. An explanation is needed.
My husband and I have lived in this community for 15 months and have not been notified of a single posted HOA meeting, have not been notified of any increases or what this increase is for.

Being a new resident that was not Welcomed by the HOA - I was surprised to see an increase in the HOA I was told vs what was listed at Closing
