I also live in Ozora Lake Sub Division and will like to know how our HOA dues are spent. In 2017 all sub divisions around us had at least a Christmas decoration for the division entrance. Ozora Lake didn't see anything. An explanation is needed.

We want to know how 2017 HOA fees were spent against what was collected. We want to have clear explanation of what will be collected and how it is budgeted for 2018

My husband and I have lived in this community for 15 months and have not been notified of a single posted HOA meeting, have not been notified of any increases or what this increase is for.
