The Managing Committee has officially withdrawn the proposal for the Loharwadi property at Ghodbunder. We will now shift our focus to ensuring that the next committee selection process includes the oversight of a dedicated independent sub-committee.

Dear Members of Lohar Samaj,
We all Understand the need for a new Loharwadi for the benefit of members. However, the current property selected by the Managing Committee has several issues with regards to Title. We have been raising concerns regularly with regards to following the compliances and working of the managing committee. Following are few concerns raised by us in past
1. Abruptly Introducing Gold Coin distribution in samuh lagan and stopping the old practice.
2. Clarity on Income tax refund pending since last 7 years.
3. Currently New Property at Ghodbunder, Thane (only) without giving any other options.
4. Forming Sub-committee when big task are been undertaken (involving Seniors Retired Members)
We have written several letters to the Managing Committee, however their response have been very cold and there are no substantial material to prove their stand. Same is with the current Property which they are focusing on passing this in the AGM dated 9th September without any proper evaluation of the property/returns on our Investments and ignoring suggestions and concerns from our members.
Historically whenever such Large Decision are been undertaken there has been always a separate committee formed independent from working committee and have been authorized to evaluate (outcome) on all possible outcomes.
We as a well wisher of this Samaj urge you to sign on this online petition and stop the adamant behaviour of the managing committee. We urge you to support our petition and request you to forward this to as many members in our samaj.

The latest surge in support confirms that our members demand transparency regarding the new Loharwadi property title. I am now coordinating with legal counsel to draft a formal notice for the Managing Committee ahead of the upcoming meeting.

I support the above mentioned points which I need a proper transparency for all work and also would like to say "swarth vagar ni sewa ene samaj sewa" Kevai for all those who want to do something for society should not look for personal / individual profits or benefit they should take whole society into consideration . Aa badha points important che... Badha cover thay to layine maltab che.... 1. Residential property saathe hall attach na hovo joyiye. Tyathi complaints aavana chances vadhi jaye che. 2. Parking space jaruri che. 3. Hall ma lift jaruri che. 4.New Fire Rules na hisabe Emergency exit hova joyiye.
I am against...1. residential area 2. No parking. 3.far away from station....normally all our function are getting over by 10-10.30 pm....lack of transportation....4. looks combination of agreement....totally disagree....
Never put your hands in property which has any kind of issue. I myself is a victim of fraud by Jaycee group(Bhagtani builders) and matter is in court from last 2 years. I know what I am going through and don't want others to suffer the same.
Transparency of all aspects has to be there in all the matter and always. Title has to be clear whether it is a small property or the big like this. Breakeven plans should be there with estimated time frame in front of everyone when one invest the amount like this (7cr to 7.30cr approx). "Let's Work like a bunch of sticks rather thn one or two"

Case karyo to enu bhugtan teo uthave(4)te 5 warsh darmiyan kai na thai to hall na fayda mathi 1% temna naam hall ne arpit kare aagad jata parking problem na aave eni hami le.

I agree with above and with what most of us are saying. I'm totally against the below things: 1. There is no documents transparency. This should be the sole reason not to go ahead with this deal. 2. The hall should not be attached to a residential society or even near to it as most functions usually have Dj's and band baaja. 3. There is no parking space. A good move would be to BUY A PLOT and then build our samaj hall.
