We, the Owners of Siddha Suburbia Services (SSS), ask that the formation of any Owners’ Representative Committee, Ad-hoc Committee, Core Committee, or any other body representing the Owners be kept fully in the hands of the Owners until a duly constituted Residents’ Welfare Association (RWA) is formed.
The choice to form such a committee, the way it is constituted, who is elected or selected, its composition, whether it continues, is replaced, or is dissolved, and whether it is recognized at all, should come only through a transparent and democratic process by the Owners themselves. These are our collective rights, and they should not be decided by Siddha Suburbia Services (SSS), or by any committee, body, or process controlled or influenced by the Developer or its representatives.
This is a simple matter of fairness and proper self-governance. Owners should be able to decide who speaks for them, how that representation works, and when it changes. Until the RWA is in place, no representative body should be imposed, managed, or directed by the Developer side.

We, the owners, will decide upon forming our own bodies and feel that no one else is authorised to do so. Hence, we strongly object to this move by Skyward under the alias of Siddha Suburbia Services.
