Totally agreed with the below comments and we should definitely consider buying a plot and constructing a hall.

I agree with above and with what most of us are saying. I'm totally against the below things: 1. There is no documents transparency. This should be the sole reason not to go ahead with this deal. 2. The hall should not be attached to a residential society or even near to it as most functions usually have Dj's and band baaja. 3. There is no parking space. A good move would be to BUY A PLOT and then build our samaj hall.

I support the above mentioned points which I need a proper transparency for all work and also would like to say "swarth vagar ni sewa ene samaj sewa" Kevai for all those who want to do something for society should not look for personal / individual profits or benefit they should take whole society into consideration . Never put your hands in property which has any kind of issue. I myself is a victim of fraud by Jaycee group(Bhagtani builders) and matter is in court from last 2 years. I know what I am going through and don't want others to suffer the same.
