I have been a resident of this area for the past 7 years and I think that it is a great place to live. However, I believe that the name Osborne Park is inappropriate for the area in which we live and should be changed.

The majority of the land in Osborne Park is now industrial. It troubles me that when I tell people I live in Osborne Park they think I live in an industrial area, which couldn't be further from the truth. We live in a peaceful, suburban area which is of a completely different character to the industrial part of Osborne Park.

I think the current boundary is illogical and just doesn't make any sense. I plan to lobby the local government in relation to this issue. If you agree, please sign the petition.
