The NBN is connected to 60% of Providence Estate residents yet what about the remaining 40%? The remaining 40% also paid premium prices on land and paying a high amount of council rates with a return of a slow 3mb ADSL connection or no connection at all? Can't get ADSL even, at least give us NBN given neighbours 2 doors up have it. 1st world country, I pay my taxes and have for years yet cants get basic Internet . What a joke
We have NBN in Bellini Dve and not had an issue in the 2.5 years of living in the estate and can recommend www.spirit.com.au for great NBN and customer service. Whilst I empathize with those who are struggling, perhaps check your Contract of Sale for Land for what is to be delivered; I'm not sure if there is provision in there for what services are to be provided. Then you may all have a case with PASK.
This is not an old estate, NBN has been around for long enough now. As a minimum there should be Comms available to all in this estate. We have neither phone or internet available to connect to and it's now been over two months waiting for authorities to do their job.
It is silly that first stage buyers do not have NBN and only can use ADSL and some cannot get internet connection. This needs to be rectified now! We shouldn't have to wait 5 years or more!
its ridiculous that we have a new block in a new estate and have to connect to an exchange built in 1970
Promised nbn when purchased block. Got nothing!!
We all need the ability to access the Internet in this day and age we r worst off then 3rd world countries that have no food but have Internet access

Providence Estate Greenvale. Still waiting for my connection on Montenegro Rd! Have evidence of the NBN point on the nature strip but according to NBN suppliers/Telstra the line cannot be connected because the 'Developer (Pask) failed to complete the line connection! Line stops under the road at corner of Venezi Prom and Montenegro Rd!!!! Can you believe it! Is this what I paid the premium price for???? Now it has become a civil matter?, with questions of whose responsibility, the road will need to be dug up and more disruptive noise! I run a business from home. When will this be resolved Pask??? You may well have a case to answer?
