Council received a development application at 5 Dunlop Road Blue Haven for a residential flat development consisting of twenty-four (24) units. We the undersigned object to this development for the following reasons:
* sets a precedent for developments of this type in the area;
*is not in keeping with the streetscape which consists of single and two storey contemporary residential dwellings;
*increased traffic concerns;
*excessive noise;
*invasion of privacy for residents.
