The proposed Development has the potential to impact on surrounding residents greatly through increased traffic flow and unsightly medium density housing.

Amanda are you referring to the construction of the town houses directly opposite the Duck Farm? the high density of housing is exactly why we dont want this proposal to go ahead. It degrades the local area and congests the streets that are tight enough without the added potentially 100+ vehicles!
Thankyou for commencing this petition The new development proposed is simply a case of council and development greed. Together, lets hope we can change this proposal, and maintain our beautiful living conditions in Kellyville Ridge :)
Makes me angry that Council can always change plans they have for the area to financially benefit themselves with no regard to the people who reside in these areas. JPPS will have to take them Amanda, we will end up like Kellyville Ridge public school & Parklea, packed in like sardines. Why don't they just put in what they proposed?? Just like the shops, money speaks louder than words!
Hi Tyson , the new townhouses are going to be on the duck farm the proposal is on the fence of the farm .
So another 59 houses are being proposed on top of what is being built at the moment. Has anyone considered what school all these additional children will go to???

Hi Tyson was referring to all the houses being built on and just off Fyfe Road. 59 houses being proposed on the Duck Farm and all those houses currently being built on the other side of the road. All those houses will be in the John Palmer zone which is at maximum capacity already. So we have that to contend with, the additional cars all these houses will bring to the neighbourhood and the shopping centre!!!
