WHEREAS Brooks Houck is intending to start a daycare in Nelson
County and we the undersigned believe Houck is of questionable
character given he is currently the number one suspect in the
disappearance of Crystal Rogers
WE the undersigned petition the KY Division Of Regulated Child Care
as follows: WE urge the Division to withhold issuing any license to Brooks Houck
or any company, corporation or affiliate associated with Houck
allowing him or any entity he creates or is affiliated with to open a
Day Care within Nelson County Kentucky.

No one with any type of criminal background needs to be involved with the care of small children or owning a business affiliated with the care of small children, especially a prime suspect in a homicide. I don't care how prominent your family is in the community.
This man should NEVER be allowed to open a daycare. He is of very questionable character. Not to mention it’s location across from Crystal’s mother is nothing short of taunting on Mr Houcks part. This man is not a good person at all. He is the prime suspect in the case of a missing woman!
It is 2023, how is this man and his brother not in a federal prison? I'm a licensed BHP and special education teacher, and I am concerned regarding the safety of children under the care of the Houck's.
This man has had numerous run ins with the law and should not be allowed to open any facility let alone one involving the care of children. He is the lead suspect in a murder investigation. I don’t think he should be able to open a facility of this nature or any kind until he is cleared as a suspect.
I don’t think anyone that is the NUMBER ONE SUSPECT in a disappearance of another human being should be allowed to open a daycare and trusted with little kids! Please deny Brook Houcks request to open a daycare!
A murderer should not be allowed to be around people at all, but a child is defenseless. Absolutely insane to even let him think he could open a daycare!

This man and his brother are murderers, he should not be allowed to open a daycare anywhere especially not across from a business Sherry, Crystal's Mom owns which is an evil and deliberate move. He is truly diabolical!
