The Planning Commission denied the permit for Bradley Canyon Farms today. This decision effectively ends the current proposal for the Lynch Canyon site. We will continue to monitor county development filings to ensure this project does not resurface under a different permit application.

Legal counsel is currently reviewing the project documents to identify potential violations of local zoning regulations. I am preparing a formal objection letter for the upcoming planning commission hearing.

Oak Shores - Tract 379/Lot 048 I actively oppose the proposed Bradley Canyon Farms, LLC Cannabis Use Permit DRC2018-00110. Oak Shores and the surrounding Lake communities are NOT a dumping ground for marijuana cultivation facilities. Deny the application.

oak shores lot 381-272 this is not the right place for this installation, this will increase the chance of wild fires and criminal activity and is too fare form any law enforcement of fire stations

We purchased our home in Oak Shores 20 years ago to have a safe, clean, private place to raise our Kidd’s and mow grandchildren too! A Marijuana Farm is not appropriate around Oak Shores - it will destroy the environment, serenity of nature and reduce property values.

Tract 381 ,Lot 246 I am opposed to this project. Has an environmental review been conducted? Water is a serious concern as well as the wildlife and chance of wildfires. Please consider the family oriented community when you vote on this.

Oak Shores Tract 381, Lot 206 This project is detrimental to the health and safety of people and property in the surrounding area due to the project’s distance from the nearest sheriff’s station and fully staffed fire station.

378-074 We oppose this cannabis installation off of Lynch Canyon Road for every reason you can think of. Noise, clutter, awful smell, heavy traffic/accidents, excessive use of lake water, pollution, to name but a few.

We live just round the bend in S. Monterey County. There are plenty of illegal grows around here already. We don't need an additional agri-biz operation. Water!!! The nearer neighbors are crazy with anger at this idea. Please, NO.
