We live just round the bend in S. Monterey County. There are plenty of illegal grows around here already. We don't need an additional agri-biz operation. Water!!! The nearer neighbors are crazy with anger at this idea. Please, NO.

Water usage a great concern. Inappropriate use of land in this mostly recreational area.

This is a high water consuming crop not suitable for our area

The water supply is notoriously unreliable in this area. Local wineries are already dropping the water tables. Our lakes don't last through the summers. We don't want a large, commercial cannabis farm in this area!!! We live here and want to maintain our quality of living. This farm will have a large negative effect on our community and will set a precedence for others to follow.

This will negatively effect the local wildlife, the peacefulness of the area due to noise, traffic, and light pollution. Also concerned about safety with the amount of people and traffic this will bring.

This lovely community has room for over twelve hundred families! The neighboring cannabis farm will be a threat to everyone of them, not to mention the threat to wildlife, domestic animals, and ground and water pollution. The area is known for serious water shortages and serious fire danger.. Lawsuits against cannabis farms regarding cannabis ODORS in Santa Barbara and SLO Counties speak for themselves, not to mention the fact that ALL cannabis businesses are major crime magnets. PROTECT OUR COUNTY!

To Whom it May Concern I’ve learned today that after the planning board rejected the application for a Cannabis Cultivation & Manufacturing Facilities, submitted by the Greenmilk LLC, a second application is now on the agenda for a separate application, this one was submitted by the Bradley Cannon Farms LLC. I hope the Planning Board will stand behind their Greenmilk LLC decision made in March, by rejecting this second application, or any other application or appeal, that would affect any residential neighborhoods. We are totally against any Cannabis Cultivation & MFG Facilities that resides outside a residential community and the negative impacts it will have on the safety of our community, the environment, and our personal heath.

Seems like the Southern side of Lake Nacimiento is zoned for wineries. The Northern side is trying to be zoned for pot farms. Thank You. This is wonderful for our property values.

Please do not let this element into our community. Similar to prior requests for this, I strongly oppose this request. We purchased our home assuming certain elements in the community and the lifestyle in Oak Shores. The people, traffic, activity in our community would indeed be a negative impact and goes against what we have signed up for as a community. I vehemently oppose this request.
