Hello Neighbors, Please take a moment to sign the petition to oppose the Cell Tower and supporting facility at 12 Mortimer Rd. This 14 story tall, 4 foot wide pole, Monopine structure and 3000+ sq. foot commercial compound is proposed to sit on land zoned for Residential/ Agriculture use. The height of the tower is 2x taller than the tallest tree in the area and is easily visible from more than 3 miles away. This commercial facility will have an adverse effect on local families, historical homes, our property values, the rural character of our town, the scenic views from Main St. and on the BTA Bolt trails. The Wireless Telecommunications Facility will financially benefit the landowner, as well as the tower company, Varsity Wireless, at a significant cost to the residents of Boxford.
