Petition objecting to the proposed special service area for the North Avenue Townhomes in the Village of Villa Park, Illinois
We, the undersigned, are property owners and/or residents of 889,893,897,901,905,909,913,917,921,925,929,933,937,941,945,1001,1005,and 1009 W North Avenue, Villa Park, Illinois, in the county of DuPage.
The Special Service Area would consist of the above listed properties listed with the legal description as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 3 in Block 2 in Lombard Heights Subdivision(being a subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 5 as per plat thereof recorded as document number R1953-704195 in the office of the DuPage County, Illinois recorder); thence northerly along the east line of said Lot 3, to the centerline of North Avenue(Illinois State Route 64), to the northerly prolongation of the east right-of-way line of Kramer Avenue; thence southerly to the easterly prolongation of the north line of Lot 22 and the north line of Lot 23 through 39 (all inclusive) in Block 2 of said Lombard Heights Subdivision, to the point of Beginning in the Village of Villa Park, DuPage County, Illinois

We already pay enough in taxes here. Why are they trying to hit us with another special service charge when we barely see any improvements as it is? Leave us alone.
