For the attention of the relevant person at Westminster Council or Pinnacle Housing. Various Dudley House residents were told by members of staff the school had rented the gym for a year and we would have use of it after this period. After asking for an update (17 months later) we’re now told this won’t happen for at least another 2 years, if at all. A floor plan and confirmation residents have use of the gym was included in the welcome pack and signage by the ground floor lifts indicates a gym is located on the first floor. This gym is included within our rent and it is unacceptable that a private school (that has their own private football pitch) should have the use of our gym when they can build their own on their premises. This gym played a major part in many residents decision to move into the building. Please open the gym to residents immediately.

I am still waiting on a clear response from the council but the fact that so many of you have come forward shows how much this space meant to our community. You deserve the gym you were promised in your contracts. Thank you for holding firm while we keep pushing for answers.

We moved in with the knowledge that we would have access to a gym and that was part of the price we were paying for as a bonus for it being in our building.
The gym is mentioned in the welcome pack. When we moved last summer I clearly remember asking Philipe about it after reading that there is a gym on the 1st floor in the welcome pack and he responded that it's currently used by the school and tenants will be able to use it soon.
Absolutely despicable behavior from Dudley house misleading us about the gym in the building
Was also told when we moved in that the gym was not ready yet and that it should be ready later. Mentions of the gym was also included in all the information packs we were provided before making our decision on whether we wanted to move here or not and this was a big deciding factor.
This is something that I believe would greatly benefit all of the tenants for their physical and mental well-being! If it’s being advertised within the building, we should have access to it!
The gym was promised, it’s even on the sign in front of the elevator!

When I moved in I was told that the gym would open in a few months when the lease to the school finished. If that it's not possible we should have access after school hours and weekends.
