On August 8th, 2018, a public hearing was held discussing Building 12 condemnation. At that meeting, the council approved the condemnation of OGL Building 12(the fire damaged building in back of property). Since this meeting the OGL Board has actively started researching cost efficient options of demolition and removing Building 12 from OGL property.

The OGL Board recently received news that one of the unit owners of Building 12 was out of town for the initial hearing. There will be a second hearing so that he could voice his opinion. We understand the hearing will occur in early September. We would like a strong presence there and we would like to submit signatures in favor of condemning the building so that it can be demolished and removed.
