We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge the County of Volusia to halt the Florida East Coast Rails to Trails from bisecting peaceful, rural neighborhoods of Edgewater, Oak Hill and Osteen. We feel the proposed trail route will cause irreparable harm to the area and we urge the county to abandon this project or re-route the trail to preserve the integrity of farms and private homesteads the proposed project will bi-sect.
