We are neighbors and interested parties Opposed to the Re-zoning of the Holl's property from the use of a family farm to a commercial Event Center. RC (Rural Conservation) to RC (SUP) Special Use Permit.
This is a direct infringement on the rights of neighboring landowners to quiet enjoyment of their properties and will have a direct affect on the aesthetic values of the surrounding area.
Not only would it be a noise and visual blight it would set a precedent for future re-zoning that is incompatible with this area.
The property is located at the corner of Chandler and Smokey Rds. Address: 68 Chandler Rd., Newnan, GA 30263.
