Property values will drop. Properties will be difficult to sell. There are health risks. There are risks to fauna and flora. Masts are visually ugly. The Glen Ferness environment will be at risk. There are commercial enterprises in Glen Ferness dependent on its agricultural and rural nature who risk loss of business. Next to holding 88 is a childrens party farm yard. Indigenous trees are cultivated next to plot 162. Opposite plot 162 is an equestrian centre. Neighbours of both properties will have a clear view of the masts. Visitors to Glen Ferness will have a clear view. There is no need for these masts. There are masts within 2km of the applicants.
