COVID-19 has affected everyone severely and at different levels. At such uncertain times PG owners like ours are looking at ways to maximize their profit by dehumanizing the entire situation and doing the bare minimum. Despite the Delhi CMs appeal to all landlords and Pg owners Dr. Sehgal has asked all of us (not staying at the Pg) to pay 14000 of the 17000 rent, excluding only the food money.
This petition seeks to gauge the number of residents in our Pg who are against the idea of such kind of money extortion and inconsiderate decisions taken by our Pg. please sign if you do not want to pay rent or at least reduce the rent by half for April 2020, if you’re not staying at the Pg.
