We would like to request all the One Amerin Residence to Sign up the Petition, we would like to gather the request to send to One Amerin Residence & Mall JMB to discount the maintenance fees 50% for the coming 6 month, this is help all the Residence to pass through the coming Economy crisis , especially a lot of owner have no income during the MCO time & also thier income been reduce, even they are business owner or the employee. also during this Covid 19 the facility and equipment are not fully operate for the buliding, we hope that the JMB Committee can be stand together with all the residence who stay at One Amerin Residnece.

Kindly consider to reduce / waive the maintenance during MCO period . As facilities also shut down and under utilise .
please consider our stress on pay high maintenance fees during MCO, as we have no income at this period.

I am owner of A-9-11. I would like to request 50%deduction on maintenance fee from JMB One Amerin. The reason is most of the facility not fully operation. In addition, hope JMB One Amerin could consider to reduce the maintenance fee to help all the owners pass through this difficult period. Thank you!
