Last fall the New York State legislature gave counties the
ability to legalize the sales of certain consumer fireworks, like ground based
fountains and sparklers. Now theSchoharieCounty Legislature is currently debating a proposal to
allow residents the right to sell and use sparklers, fountains and other
novelties around the Fourth of July. This common sense local law will let our
residents enjoy the freedoms that Americans in 46 other states enjoy in
celebrating our Nation's independence.

Legislature to support this local law!
bring back the fun we use to have in the 60s an 70s. under 13 yrs of age should be under adult supervision.I have been around fireworks all of my 61 yrs without incident.They should let them enjoy our countries day we got our FREEDOM !!!!!!!
