rent should be pro rated at the very least. everything is shut down and we are struggling here.
It’s hard to be paying rent for a room you’re not currently occupying. Although our stuff are being housed there, I believe some kind of reimbursement or compensation of some type should be given to the students and families during this hardship.
Ridiculous to pay thousands for a dorm we cant access. Adjust the leases or give us our money back.
My son is home now so paying full rent for an empty apartment makes zero sense. We need a break on these costs.
Due to corona viruses, at this time my wife being layoff. Am the only head of household, for me this is a hardships to pay the rent of the apartment when my daughter won’t occupied the apartment due to situations
8 month rent program makes sense considering changing times.

i lost my job due to the lockdown and still have to pay for a place im not even allowed to be in. this is just unfair
