We, the undersigned CPBD stakeholders who are affected by a merger of the NCBDC into the AIBD corporation and, whose voice has been denied in the course of action taken by the NCBDC Executive Board and Council do hereby demand the opportunity to be heard through a sanctioned and authorized vote of the entire NCBDC Certification holder roster. The Vote by NCBDC Stakeholders shall consist of the question with a yes/no response as to whether the NCBDC should be merged into the AIBD or other options considered that retain the independent corporate structure of the organization.  Likewise, until such a vote can be provided and results tabulated, the NCBDC President shall not sign the NCBDC-AIBD merger document.
