Seeing this level of movement reminds me that this was never really about me but about all of us asking for the same thing. I am honestly stunned by how quickly you have come together to demand better transparency for our profession.

We basically employ them to work for our best interests. They have no right to not undertake our wishes
We need public support we as nurses are still not recognised and understood in what we do public still has dark age image of us
My partner is a nurse. Under paid under valued under resourced for to long. Enough is enough .#hear their voices
The public have a right as health care consumers to be informed of the deteriorating state of our DHBS. And to understand how the very life blood of these systems (the nurse) is being abused, exploited and ultimately haemorrhaged out.
I don't understand the decision either. Hence the petition. I've tried sharing to NZNO Facebook page but they wouldn't allow it. And some other nursing pages but no one wants a bar of it, so any sharing will help. Thanks.

Why does it need to be private? All other unions seem to share offers especially when the offers are unrealistic. Let me media share and help make a difference.
