The residents are asking our Board to either immediately replace our existing Property Manager or to immediately vote to not renew our PM's contract.
The residents of this community have been treated like "uneducated" children. We have been harassed via threat of lien for simply being a week late on paying dues, we have had homes shamed over the internet (our PM posts, online, pictures of violations that do not need to be published online whether private or not), we are charged high HOA dues, yet cannot seem to have commonplace initiatives successfully implemented (safe pool area, well-maintained ponds, or even holiday lighting).
Our PM uses legal threats at every turn even over simple matters. This creates an atmosphere of hostility. The most recent shutting down of the one thing that was bringing the community together over the past decade was shut down simply for not asking our PM's permission. And it was over a food truck, a common method of providing food across communities and events across the nation.
We believe there are property managers available that can do better. We believe our fees can return more value than nasty grams and the gathering of dues. We believe our board can accomplish this and our community is behind this effort. Whether a renter or not (as this is not a vote but a petition), we want you to know who we are. We request our names to not be divulged to the PM as he has used information to enact legal retribution at every turn.
This is our plea for immediate change to help us create an atmosphere conducive to the family centered, Florida experience we all desire.

Grounds used to be beautiful not so much now. Ponds are not clean. Would be nice to have fountains in the pond.
Upon moving into this neighborhood we did not receive a welcome package. I still don't know what days I can take out the trash. The first few weeks the entrance looked aweful, the sign at the entrance is destroyed and has not been fixed. Not what you want to see first coming into the neighborhood. Apparently there are overflow days for the trash. I don't know when they are. Moving in caused a lot of trash and I still have a good amount of it.

We need a new management soon as possible

I’m underscoring the fact that this is a communication to our board, not Bill. We are not authorizing the sharing of names, we do agree to our common goal of working directly through our Board.
