Your HOA board of directors has taken it upon themselves to take away our boat parking in the driveways of our private residences. This petition is to reverse that decision and show them that people want to be able to park in our driveways.
The board thought they could bully us into silence, but this groundswell of support proves they have no idea who they are dealing with. We have officially hit a critical mass that makes it impossible for them to ignore our demands any longer.

Boats should be allowed in driveway and boat corral storage should be 4 years max and then let the next person on the waiting list in.

I use my boat year round, I can’t keep it charged in the corral and my old boat had its prop stolen off the boat at the corral. At my house it is under surveillance.

There is no reason why we shouldn’t be allowed to keep out boats on our property. I also shouldn’t be paying for an amenity for others that I cannot use nor paying for the continued maintenance of this amenity. Also, boats in driveways so not bring down value in terms of real estate.

We have a spot but support homeowners without a spot to store their boat in their driveway. They pay a fee for the amenity so they should not have to go pay for offsight storage.

Totally unacceptable not to allow boats in driveways when the advertised amenity isn't available to all. To ask someone to pay to park their boat elsewhere & go get it as needed, also makes the ramp with the shallow & narrow entry pointless to those very people.
There is absolutely 0 reason that there is not more than one coral available. Developer should quit building homes until they can accommodate current residents needs.

The waiver should be extended until every boat owner has a spot in the boat corral. This is an amenity that was promised (and advertised) when we bought our house, the fact that we may have to store it somewhere else other than my driveway or the boat corral is ridiculous.

We don’t think it matters about boats being in their driveways.

We are a waterfront community. I think it is fair to park boats in the driveway.
