We, the undersigned, are property owners who petition to allow a single personal use boat, boat and trailer, or trailer alone to be stored on private property if kept behind the front on the house, registered, and insured with no limitation to time stored on private property owned inside the Marshview Estates Subdivision.

This seems to be a reasonable request. As long as people don't abuse the privilege and their personal crafts are no an eye sore.

Please drive by our home at 12 Marshview Dr. for an example of how I feel a boat should be allowed to be stored on property. I don't believe it to be an eyesore and after 2yrs of having our boat stored on property the treasure of the HOA feels it is her obligation to force us to move our boat. Thank you for your consideration. JD

We agree as long as it is in good taste! And agree the Dolan's boat is not an issue.
