This is for all of you who own cars in My Home Jewel apartment complex. You may have had some experience in dealing with M/s Makeover. Based on my experience & conversations with a few of you I am forced to conclude that Makeover is a highly unreliable & unprofessional vendor. While some of their people are quite courteous, all their claims of professionalism are far from reality. Moreover, they are offering a lower level of service as compared to the earlier vendor for a higher price. I thought about other options we an consider before writing this petition. Ideally I would have liked Makeover to do what they were promising but after my car didnt get cleaned for 13 days in a row it was too much to take. I considered options like going to MHJ management & demanding a certain QOS (Quality of Serice) with clearly defined SLAs & penalties. However to be honest the overhead in trying to maintain this information somewhere is not worth the effort. I think it is not too unreasonable to expect that if a vendor promises to get your car cleaned they will do so. Through this petition I am asking all of you who would like to replace Makeover with another vendor to sign this petition. Personally, I think the earlier vendor was better. If we get enough signatures we can communicate our decision to replace the vendor to the MHJ management. If they refuse to act we can at this will ensure that we get better service in future.
