Lot rent here is increasing every year. Let's face it. This isn't the greatest area to live in. We have created this petition in order to have our lot rent lowered to a fair market value for this area, or, to make it worth paying what we pay to live here. For example, neighboring parks using the amenities we pay for. Our parks are torn up, broken and filled with red ants and rusty metal that is hazardous to our children. Our trees are overgrown and ruining our homes. Our water is constantly shut off or put under a boil water notice. If you can't lower the lot rent to a fair amount for this area, then at least you could keep this place up to par. We as the residents here feel like we are being taken advantage of. Paradise Village falsely advertises showing photos of immaculate parks with beautiful amenities, and landscaping. However, that is not the case here. We are fighting for you to lower our lot rent or repair and fix all of our amenities, and to come up with a system so that other neighboring parks cannot come in use, break and destroy what we pay for.

1. Office is too slow at fixing inaccurate late fees. 2. Outrageous water/ sewer bills & no one looks into the potential problem ie leaks in pipes 3. Trash, furniture and appliances left in neighbors yards for weeks. 4. 10 vehicles parked at one home. 5. Monthly RV'S need held to the same standard as the rest of the park. 6. Park Needs a designated pick up & drop off bus stop for school children. Someone's child is going to get hit.
My Mom has lived in this park for over 20 years, can't afford to move. She has a home she owns. The office is forever sending her notices to power wash her house, do this, do that...what about what you need to do, I have seen new driveways being put in but do you ever do a new driveway for the people that have been here and have nothing but pot holes and grass growing in their driveways??? Nope...they do nothing and expect us to do everything they ask of us. I agree with this petition!
I agree with Christina Marie. I haven't been able to let my granddaughter ever play over there due the same reasons. Also, the water isn't safe to drink. We've been buying our water for years. It is also true that this park shuts your water off anytime they feel like it, without any notice many times. The lot rent is way too high for this place. I agree.
I agree! For a company that makes nearly 33 million annually there is NO EXCUSE for us to not have gates and keycode entry for our community, pools, laundry rooms, etc. I can't tell you how many people come from the park across the street to bring their kids to OUR playgrounds that WE pay for. We dont pay for everyone in the neighborhood to enjoy whats ours. Fix our water issues once and for all, hire more office people cause one person cannot handle a park this size on their own. Hire more maintenence also. We need pest control around our playgrounds. My kids have ant bites all over their legs, and my daughter sliced her leg open on your rusty torn up metal and had to get a tetanus shot because of it. This is NOT what we pay for!!!!!!
I would also like to say our entrances use to be so pretty, new flowers , mulch and the trees at both entrances had mulch around them, the island on incourt had mulch around the walls were taken care of. We need new furniture at the small pool.
Just in the couple of yrs. We've been here the lot rent has gone up so much.

I just recently moved to the park, at move in I was not told about the boil water notice, I only found out because of a neighbor which I think is very irresponsible due to me having asked about the water before move-in due to me having a child who is a kidney transplantee. Due to this matter I currently find myself in TGH win my son hospitalized really really sick with the E Coli virus and this makes me infuriated. Justice needs to be done
