This is a petition to de-certify AFSCME Local 3090. Upon receiving 30% of the signatures in our total bargaining unit, it will be sent certified mail to the National Labor Relations Board. Once accepted, a de-certification election will be held. In addition to this, we are looking to bring charges against our union for unfair labor practice.
