We, the residents of Lindsey Estates subdivision, petition against the construction of a driveway by Mike Lindsey on Cash Drive. As residents of this neighborhood, we purchased these properties with the understanding that Cash Drive and Diana Court would be used strictly for residential purposes by the property owners and their visitors. Collectively, we petition against a driveway being created for the sole purpose of recreational, timber, and agricultural traffic. We also collectively petition that any driveway that is constructed on Cash Drive and/or Diana Court be subject to the same ordinances that the residential properties adhere to.

This is ridiculous. We moved here for a quiet neighborhood not for heavy trucks and farm equipment tearing up the road all day. Keep the commercial traffic out of the subdivision.

totally agree. residential zoned means residential. stop trying to bypass the rules just because you want a shortcut for your timber business.
